The film opens with an electric meat saw sitting on a table. Five seconds into the video, the saw turns on and runs in a sawing motion. Seventeen seconds into the video, the saw speeds up so fast that the camera gets knocked off of the table. As this is happening, a scream can be heard in the style of a jump-scare. The screen goes black for a few seconds as the screaming continues. The video then cuts to a scene of a lake with a man's silhouette visible. During the lake scene, the screaming audio distorts.
The screaming has been identified as the sound of a pig squealing, and the saw was identified as an electric meat saw. The two may be connected and may be hinting at the butchering of his victims, which may be in the same style as the butchering of a pig.
The title suggests a theory (which was later disproven):
The second theory may be that Meatsleep is only active on their YouTube account between the months March and October, including the availability of their videos. However, this was later proven false.
The title of the video was later used in another video by Meat released in 2015 called #martober.
In Meat's video "Answers" it was revealed that "Martober means nothing".
